Gigi Meroni history:: Composer: Berklee Grad. Worked with Hans Zimmer. Went on to score numerous independent films. Scored the first Metal Gear Solid video game. Scored Icebox.com webshow "Navy Bear." Teamed up with Rich Dickerson to score Warner Bros. direct to video films "Scooby Doo - Legend of the Vampire" and "Scooby Doo - Monster of Mexico."
Gigi and Rich went on to score the WB TV series, "What's New Scooby Doo?"
Rich Dickerson history: began his music career as leader and songwriter for the NY based 80's band Crosswind. Rich then moved to LA and began work as a music supervisor for movies such as Miramax "In Too Deep", Miramax "Paid In Full" and Warner Bros. "Queen of the Damned."
Rich became the VP of Music for the animated internet Web network Icebox.com where he worked with many composers and produced and wrote theme songs. While teaming with Gigi on "Legend of the Vampire" and "Monster of Mexico" he wrote songs for each film.
He was then asked to write the theme song for the TV series "What's New Scooby Doo?" which was recorded by the Warner Bros band Simple Plan. Rich and Gigi's knack for catchy hooks attracted other songwriting and producing projects.
